The AQHA show department has decided to change the location of the ranch riding prelims at the 2017 AQHA Select World Championship Show, presented by Adequan® (polysulfated glycosaminoglycan). The prelims were originally scheduled to take place after the hunt seat equitation prelims on Monday, August 28.

After reviewing the number of entries, the show department calculated the ranch riding prelims in that Monday time slot could potentially go until 1 a.m. Therefore, the ranch riding prelims will now start at 9 a.m. on August 28 in the outdoor/covered arena. The ranch riding shootout will immediately follow the ranch riding prelims in the outdoor/covered arena.

The ranch riding finals will remain after the trail finals on Wednesday, August 30, in the Amarillo National Center.
